Class numbers are small giving you great coaching quality and service.
We teach skills and progressions for Metabolic Conditioning, Weightlifting, Gymnastics enabling all fitness levels and ages to benefit from CrossFit.
Mobility Session with Stacey Shanahan
90 minute lead instruction comprising of soft tissue work, stretching and joint mobilisation.
Utilising foam rollers, bands and a multitude of different balls.
Open Gym is a self supervised class of 90 minutes.
There will be a staff member in attendance.
You are able to book in 1 hour prior to the 5.30pm start time.
